Undo revision 182212 You removed the footnote wrong, just removing it from the bottom and thus making an error message. And also, as I remember that scene, she did not see an entire scene of TLR's past, she saw a Shadow. In fact, she still saw TLR's present self, thus making it entirely different from what Kelsier saw, So the point still stands.
(The footnote is wrong. There's 2 circumstances in which the effects are seen, the first time when Vin used it, she wasn't near death or being attacked or injured in anyway, but it still worked. She was just standing there being held by 2 inquisitors, seeing them as who they were and a younger lord ruler behind his older self. She wasn't near death when she used it until she killed the lord ruler. So the footnote I felt should be gone since there's nothing to back it and the book contradicts it.) |
