Aria is a kitsen senator. She has patterned light and dark fur and wears an elaborate outfit made of colorful silk which has a matching headdress.[1]

She accompanies Hesho to Starsight to help prove that their race is worthy of primary citizenship in the Superiority. At one point, she seeks him out to ask how she should vote on an upcoming taxation change, despite the fact that Hesho is not supposed to be their ruler anymore. When he suggests voting randomly so that the Superiority won't think he is influencing the senate, she decides this means that Hesho will influence the universe to make the drawn lots align with his desires.[1]
