Janice Vault is a member of the Fabian Augments cartel.[1] A low-level flunky in Ulric Stromfin's employ, she had done some things in the cartel Runian disliked. Upon seeing Runian in Maelport, Janice went to shoot him but he fired first. He shoot her several times after in the chest to make sure she was dead despite knowing she did not have full platings to protect herself.[2]
