Lord Yestal is a noble in Luthadel on Scadrial.[1]
He is one of the nobles that initially welcomed Valette Renoux, but shuns her after her encounter with Shan Elariel. He danced with Valette previously, before being cold to her at one of the Venture balls, not even speaking to Valette before excusing himself and Triss for their meal.
