Wyndle was a spren who seemed to have been bonded to Lift on Roshar.[1]

Appearance & Personality

Wyndle took the form of a vine that could grow rapidly to follow alongside Lift. The vine appeared to be speckled with smooth flecks of quartz, but it did not glow with Stormlight. He could form a sort of face by curling vines around one another. After a time, the vine trail he left behind would solidify, becoming like crystal before crumbling into dust. Others could not usually see Wyndle, except occasionally when his vine trail had been there for a while or when it crumbled.

Wyndle seemed to be quite proper and intelligent. He was a cautious spren, worried about the wisdom of Lift's attempt to rob the Bronze Palace. Wyndle was quite annoyed at her insistence that he was a Voidbringer, claiming to be a member of a proud and noble race.

HIstory

Wyndle was a gardner until the Ring chose him to bond with Lift.[2]
