Waterlog was the Epic from whose powers the spyril is derived, and thus likely had water-manipulation abilities. Prior to becoming an Epic, he was a street thug from Orlando known as Georgi.[1]

History

Regalia claims to have turned him into an Epic,[1] although it is later revealed that the powers are actually granted by Calamity.[2]

At some point, Waterlog was killed by the Reckoners and his cells were used to create the spyril.[1]
