Tzentian is a tall officer of Aztek descent.[1]

He is present at the scene of the Scribbler attack on Charles Calloway, reporting the preliminary assessment of the scene to Inspector Harding. He also warns Harding of the Line of Forbiddance, which was not removed per Harding's orders.
