He is present at the scene of the Scribbler attack on Charles Calloway, reporting the preliminary assessment of the scene to Inspector Harding. He also warns Harding of a Line of Forbiddance, which was not removed per Harding's orders, as Harding did not want officers to breach the scene of the crime.[1]
