Tusa is a listener on Roshar.[1]

They were part of Venli's team of scholars in Narak that researched new forms and tried to bring about the Everstorm. Venli and Ulim selected Tusa as one of the few they could trust to be first to take a Voidspren into their gemheart.[1]
