Appearance and PersonalityEdit
Tozbek is a short, portly man with a bald head and has long white Thaylen eyebrows, a foot long each, that curve up into a stiff, fanned shape above his eyes.[1][2] He has a scar on his jaw caused by loose tackle during rough weather. He is a cautious, calm man and an excellent sailor.[1]
HistoryEdit
Tozbek captains the ship Wind's Pleasure and is married with Ashlv, who sails with him. He transported Shallan Davar from Jah Keved to Kharbranth in her pursuit of Jasnah Kholin at a generously discounted price, because of House Davar's investments in his shipping business.[1]

Jasnah selected the Wind's Pleasure with Tozbek and his crew for her and Shallan's voyage from Kharbranth to the Shattered Plains.[2] Following the sinking of the Wind's Pleasure, Tozbek's fate is unknown.[4]
