Terms is an Epic with time-manipulation powers.

History[edit]

She ruled a group of nomadic traders called the UTC. The UTC sent a few shipments of wooden crates to the city of Ildithia, specifically to the Stingray Clan.[1][2] It is unknown if Terms was in attendance with these shipments, as David thought it would be wise to not look for her.

Little is known about her powers other than that they involve time manipulation. It is likely that she is a "High Epic", since most time manipulation powers allow the user to escape conventional means of death (slowing or stopping time and dodging a bullet, going back in time to escape an unfortunate circumstance, etc.).
