Teor is a young Elantrian boy, under the care of Matisse.

Teor and Tiil practice drawing aons most days under the instruction of Matisse.

Teor lives along with fifty or so other children in A building called the Roost.

He and Tiil help calm the children down when Elantris is attacked by Fjordell soldiers.
