Converts metal to Final Empire number, as per Mistborn trilogy symbol sheets here.

Also converts metal alphabet to number, as per Template:17s. Aluminum and symbol 19 have no letters assigned. CH, H, and SH characters use symbols 20, 21 and 22, which are unnamed.

All repeated characters in a word get replaced by one symbol, including ei or ie for example.
