The Superiority is the major galactic governing body. It promotes peace and nonaggression, to varying degrees. The Superiority maintains its rule through control of trade and FTL travel. Cuna is the head of the Department of Species Integration and Winzik is the head of the Department of Protective Services.[2][3]
