Siv is a member of the groudcrew at Alta Base.[1][2]
She is an older woman, who is tall and has short white hair.[1]
Siv was one of the ground crew members who worked on Arturo's Poco after it was damaged during battle. She advised Arturo that there would be delays in the ships repair, as they were waiting on the delivery of a new shield ignitor. In the meantime, he would be able to use Skyward Six, Kimmalyn's former Poco.[1]
