Perchwither is a bioluminescent fungus which grows in the Kandra Homeland.[1] It generates a dim blue light.[2]

The kandra Homeland is lit with glowstone in places, and the kandra grow eyes specifically to see well in the dim light.[2] One notable exception is the Trustwarren, the seat of the kandra government, which is lit using oil lamps with blue glass.[3]

It is possible that this is related to glowpaste on Threnody.
