Perchwither is a bioluminescent fungus which grows in the Kandra Homeland. It generates a dim blue light.

The kandra Homeland is lit with glowstone in places, and the kandra grow eyes specifically to see well in the dim light. One notable exception is the Trustwarren, the seat of the kandra government, which is lit using oil lamps with blue glass.

It is possible that this is related to glowpaste on Threnody.
