Pepe is a kid selling drugs for the Primeros who Davis uses to get access to Horace, his boss. Davis tricks the dupe of Pepe into thinking he swallowed one of the pills he bought, to convince him he's not a cop, however this convinces Pepe that him and Chaz are feds instead.[1]
