Paxen is an Idrian slumlord in Hallandren on Nalthis.[1]

He is nicknamed the "Gentleman Idrian" and runs brothels. He wears his fancy clothing well and carries a fine cane. He supported Vahr's rebellion. Along with Ashu and Rira he meets with Vivenna, Denth and Tonk Fah about the war Vivenna fears would be coming.
