Neon is a minor Epic that lives in Ildithia and works for Limelight.[1]
Appearance and Personality[edit]
He is bald and wears a spiked black leather jacket. He keeps a small neon sphere with shifting colors floating at his side to advertise the fact that he is an Epic. He speaks with a British accent. His underlings wear long white coats.[1]
Attributes and Abilities[edit]
He has light manipulation powers and can shoot deadly lasers. He can create light shows. He is not able to turn himself invisible. His weakness is loud noises.[1]
History[edit]
David Charleston and Abraham Desjardins were inspected by Neon and group of his henchmen who were searching Ildithia for Larcener on Limelight's behalf. He was frustrated when the dowser was taking longer than usual to scan David but, since he was a minor epic and had to answer to Limelight, he held himself back and did not do anything to harm him. After the machine gave its response Neon told David to leave and then went to inspect the nearby buildings to see what might have caused the delayed reading. David saw this reading as confirmation that Regalia's claims that she had made him into an Epic were unfounded.[1]
