Murnbru is a Scadrian doctor who compiled a psychological profile on Waxillium Ladrian after visiting Weathering.[1]
Wax believed that he was a gambling cheat, who had been passing through town looking for people to swindle.
In Murnbru's profile, he said that Wax had a tendency to think anyone who wears too much red was a chronic gambler.
