—Lord Peterus to Marthin[1]

Lady Marthin is a high born lady and the wife to Lord Peterus.[1]

Appearance and Personality

Marthin is a stout woman.[1] She is a cautious or perhaps fearful person, she did not want her husband to provoke the Vanishers during their attack.

History

Marthin and her husband, Peterus, attended the Yomen-Ostlin wedding dinner.[1] When the Vanishers attacked the wedding party, she attempted to convince Peterus to stay silent and in his seat, instead of challenging the Vanishers, but he did not listen to her.

After Miles Dagouter hit Peterus in the head to silence him, Marthin held a napkin to his wound to staunch the flow of blood.[1] Peterus eventually left her at their table again when the Vanishers attempted to kidnap Steris Harms and Marasi Colms, but he was shot and killed by Miles.
