Korater is a soldier in Amaram's army on Roshar.[2]

During a border skirmish in 1172, Kaladin told Korater and Cyn to escort the wounded Cenn to a medic,[2] but Helaran Davar[3] attacked the group with his Shardblade. Korater then joined the squad in an ill-advised assault on Helaran;[1] he was not one of the few survivors.[4]
