Kinaler is a steelworker and a member of the Luthadel Assembly on Scadrial.[1]

He was worried that the Central Dominance needed good relations with the surrounding kingdoms and regarded an alliance with Ashweather Cett to be the best way to preserve Luthadel.[1]
