The Frostlands were the sparsely populated, southeastern portion of the continent of Roshar outside the official boundaries of Alethkar.

Important locations in the Frostlands included Kharbranth, the Unclaimed Hills, the Shattered Plains, Dawn's Shadow, New Natanan, and the Shallow Crypts.
