Frost is a character from Dragonsteel Prime. He acts as a mentor to Jerrick and is well versed in languages and legends. He is the oldest known character in the Cosmere, older even than Hoid.[1]

It has been suggested that Frost is the Recipient of the First Letter and the author of the Second. If true, he is closely associated with the Seventeenth Shard and does not age[2].
