Fortuity is an High Epic living in Newcago.
Appearance and Personality
He had a long face and hawkish nose.
He is known for being one of the most homicidal epics in Newcago outside of Steelheart's inner circle, having killed a lot of innocent people. He likes to perform extispicy with his victims, an act of reading of entrails to predict the future.
History
The Reckoners made plans to kill Fortuity, but while carrying out the plan, David interrupted and things went out of control. After some fight, Fortuity is killed by Megan Tarash, who shoots him with two bullets on each side of his body while he is in the air. As he was airborne, the bullets were impossible to simultaneously dodge and as such killed him.[2][1]

- Fortuity has precognition powers. He can sense what will happen in the near future, easily escaping danger caused by conventional methods.[3] He is classified as High Epic for this power.
