Fortuity was a high epic Epic that lived in Newcago who had precognition and above-average dexterity.[1] He had a long face and hawkish nose. His powers could be partially mitigated by being attracted to someone. He is known for being one of the most homicidal epics in Newcago outside of Steelheart's inner circle, having killed a lot of innocent people. He liked to perform extispicy with his victims, an act of reading of entrails to predict the future.
