When KanPaar and the Second Generation took the First Generation captive in a coup, FhorKood and some other members of the Fifth Generation supported the Seconds. FhorKood may have been one of the Fifths that gagged Haddek.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content

TenSoon, in his wolfhound body, broke into the kandra Homeland, and with the help of MeLaan and other kandra revolutionaries, freed Sazed, who was imprisoned in the Seconds' coup. However, TenSoon was seen entering the Homeland, and soon FhorKood and other Fifths came to subdue them. FhorKood and the Fifths did not expect Sazed's Feruchemy, and by tapping iron, Sazed was able to break the Fifths' bones, incapacitating them.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content

FhorKood had contempt for the Third Generation. When TenSoon demanded to know what FhorKood had done, FhorKood simply responded with, "Dirty Third." TenSoon had found it amusing that KanPaar had branded him a Contract-breaker, but then FhorKood and the Seconds overthrew the First Generation.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content

Then, TenSoon threatened FhorKood to hand over his bones, and FhorKood was terrified of TenSoon. FhorKood relinquished his bones, which allowed TenSoon to impersonate him and tell the Second Generation that the traitor of TenSoon was captured, all the while stalling for the rescued First Generation reformed their bodies.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content
