Universe Cosmere

Falilar is an ardent who serves as an engineer with the armies of Highprince Dalinar Kholin on the Shattered Plains of Roshar.[1]

Appearance

Falilar is an elderly man who wears the beard of an ardent.[1]

History

Brightlady Navani Kholin was the patron of Falilar's studies into engineering and fabrials.[1] He was present at Navani's test of the floating parapet that had been made with the use of reverser fabrials. He observed a wobble in the parapet's ascent and was concerned by the fact that its motion was not smoother.

Whilst in Urithiru Navani sketches some new inventions and one of her scribes suggests showing them to Falilar for him to verify the feasibility of such engineering.[2]
