Douglas
Nationality Nalhallan
Homeworld Earth (Alcatraz)
First Appeared Alcatraz Versus the Evil Librarians

Douglas is a talking T-Rex from Nalhalla.[1]

Appearance and Personality[edit]

Douglas is an orange tyrannosaurus rex, around six foot in height. They wear a vest over a pair of trousers.[1]

History[edit]

Douglas, alongside several other dinosaurs from the Free Kingdoms, went to the Hushlands to write a paper about life there, but was captured by Librarians and placed in cages. They were captured rather easily when their plan of entry was washing up on a popular beach pretending to be dead fish. They and their companions were to be killed and have the bones enlarged, before being placed inside rock so human archaeologists could dig them up, further perpetuating the myth of dinosaurs being large and extinct.[1]

Alcatraz freed Douglas and their friends to make a distraction, however Alcatraz misunderstood that a dinosaurs idea of a distraction was to sit around reading after moving six books out of their place in the library.[2]

Sometime later, Douglas was once again captured in the Hushlands with their fellow dinosaurs: Charles, Margaret and Mary. They had gone to the Hushlands after hearing Alcatraz's speech to see and study the Hushlanders reaction to extreme stress. Douglas bit their lip while in captivity, which they blame on their rather large teeth. This scared many Librarians who didn't want to approach them, believing Douglas to be some mysterious creature of great danger. Alcatraz convinced Charles and the other dinosaurs to pretend to be making a big fuss while Alcatraz 'dealt' with them, to make it appear convincing he was resolving the monster problem. He then got Douglas to bite his lip again so there would be a lot of blood to show the Librarians.[3]
