Donton is the minister of public affairs in Elendel and a member of Governor Replar Innate's executive staff.[1]
In a meeting attended by Marasi, Donton suggested that House Lekal could have been responsible for the assassination attempt on Innate, but the sanitation director and secretary of education quickly dismissed this theory.[1]
