Dims is the leader of one of Elendel's more important street gangs. He's young, and he wears a bowler hat and a bow tie. He wears his shirt with the sleeves torn off like the rest of his gang. His gang and another gang called the Cobblers are rivals. Many of the members of his gang are children of the houseless.[1]
History
“From cards? Two weeks back? Rusts, Wayne, are you drunk? It ain't even noon yet!”

Wayne talked to Dims just before his monthly visit to Elendel University. Dims asked Wayne if he was a constable that day, to which Wayne replied that he was not. Dims introduced Wayne to gum, giving him a piece, then giving him a second piece when Wayne swallowed the first. Dims asked if Wayne brought him the money he owed him from cards a few weeks back. Wayne paid him the money, plus extra, bribing Dims to distract the men standing guard at the University gate. Shortly after, Dims walked up to the gate disguised as Wayne. The men gave chase and Dims ran, distracting them and allowing Wayne to slip into the University unnoticed.[1]
