Devi is a Parshendi scout on the Shattered Plains of Roshar.[1]
In late 1173, Devi was the first one to spot a chasmfiend chrysalis on the Plains. After the Parshendi won the gemheart, he was allowed to carry it back himself as a reward for being the first to see it.
