Dawnslight is an Epic.[1] Dawnslight can communicate by causing vines to grow fortune cookies with messages inside them.[2] He went into a coma when he was very young, and has remained in it since. He causes the spraypaint in the city of Babilar to glow. He became powerful around the same time as Calamity. He is practically a god to the people of Babilar.
