The Creer Boys, Hanjah and the Mad Pen, are twin Epics who are members of the Coven, along with Larcener. They also have matching powers, which are air pressure control, pain manipulation, and precognition. They aren't the only pair of twin Epics to have existed, but they are the only pair where one hasn't killed the other.[1] Their weaknesses are unknown.

- The Creer boys are likely cameos of Jeff Creer--a roommate of Brandon's who made art for his website and the original Elantris maps--and potentially Greg Creer, who was the first person who read Brandon's writing that was not himself.
