Briggs is the Mayor of Newcago in the wake of Steelheart's defeat.
History
She was in the upper class during Steelheart's reign, and managed to maneuver herself into leadership instead of exile.[1]
During Mitosis' attack, Tia arranges for Abraham to protect the mayor and put the new government on lockdown.[2][3]
