An Axehound is a semi-domesticated animal on Roshar. It is a hexapedal animal with a hard fusion of skin and carapace covering it's body. It's call sounds like a multi-voiced trumpet. It has fluting fish-like tail. It has two antenae for developed sensory experience. It has pincer's accompanied by a serrated jaw for feeding. It has an ear hole which leads to the inner as opposed to having an outer ear. It is domestic pet to many noble families. Energetic and agile creatures.
