She was a puppeteer or animator Epic. Her only known power was to give "life" to marionettes and enable them movement without being attached to any strings. Dean Knighthawk's Epic-based mannequin, Manny, was made using some of the Wooden Soul's DNA. She died ten years prior to the events of Calamity.
