Winsting Innate was a member of the Elendel Senate on Scadrial, and the brother of Replar Innate, the governor of Elendel.
History
He freely sold his senate vote to the highest bidder. He was cynical and materialistic, believing that the historical events around the Final Ascension were "fanciful legends." During a party where he attempted to sell his vote, the party was attacked by Paalm. Party attendees were made to think the shooting was coming from rival attendees and a firefight boke out. Winsting fled to a safe room but Paalm had arrived in the room first. He was murdered by Paalm who cut out his tongue.[1]
