- {{{date}}} is the post's publication date (yyyy-mm-dd)
- {{{pre}}} is included before the link
- {{{post}}} is included after the link
- {{{name}}} replaces {{{page}}} or {{{1}}} as the reference name
- {{{group}}} sets the reference group
