Template:Book ref

This template is used to refer to chapter summaries on the coppermind.

To use, include {{book ref|book|chapter}}

• the book is expanded by {{b}}
• the chapter should either be prologue, epilogue or the chapter number
• if the second argument is a chapter type the third argument is used as the chapter number
• {{{pre}}} is included before the link
• {{{post}}} is included after the link
• {{{name}}} replaces the generated reference name
• {{{group}}} sets the reference group
