South Seran is a body of water in the southeast Final Empire.[1] It is connected its sibling, North Seran by the River Seran, and is the larger of the two Serans.

According to an older version of a map of the Final Empire, it is located in the Eastern Dominance and only a part of it is located in the Crescent Dominance.[1] However, on a map labeled as 1021, North Seran is at the border of the Eastern and Crescent Dominance, with the River Seran and South Seran lying well into the Crescent Dominance.[citation needed]
