Levenworth "Grandpa" Smedry was an Oculator and head of House Smedry.

He had the Talent for always arriving late, which he had great control over. He was know to use his Talent to avoid being shot; to survive torture by arriving late to the pain; and he was even able to slow down groups of pursuers, by switching sides and arriving late to his new target.
