Howard Righton's Bunker is a submerged hideout used by the Reckoners in Babilar.[1]
History
Howard Righton build a secure nuclear fallout bunker. It is submerged when Regalia floods New York and founds Babilar. The Reckoners crew use a submarine to access the bunker and use it as a secure hideout.
