Grand Aurora is a celestial phenomenon on Alornia that supplies energy for the Lancing, a form of magic used by Kairominas. It encircles the entire world, and gives out mother-of-pearl shimmering that is mostly not attenuated by the weather conditions.[1]
In Lancesight, it's light can be felt as pulsing rhythm impacting the skin, and can be seen even through the stone ceilings.
As the Grand Aurora is programming specific to Alornia, it does not manifest in any way in other States, though some might have a similar energy source. It can, however, be accessed in Border States, that combine programming from several states at once.[2]
