Queen Fen Rnamdi is the ruler of Thaylenah. She can be very crude and sarcastic. [1]

After Thaylen City is destroyed by the Everstorm, she is contacted by Dalinar to discuss a possible coalition against the voidbringers. She is very skeptical and fears that Dalinar will try to use this to invade Thaylenah.[1]
