Frank is one of Himalaya Smedry's reformed librarians. The other reformed librarians state that they aren't evil anymore, except for Frank. They say he is still a little evil. As proof, Frank tells Alcatraz that he eats red and green gummy bears only and leaves the orange gummy bears in the bag. Alcatraz is horrified and Frank says that it's a compulsion and that Alcatraz shouldn't judge him. When Himalaya and Folsom talk about how they use pamphlets to distract librarians, Frank says that is a compulsion as well.

Appearance and Personality

Frank is a buff librarian man who wears tape-wrapped glasses and two swords strapped to his back. He speaks with a German accent.
